Are you a licensed painting contractor?

Yes, since 1980 our house painting company has been licensed as a painting contractor by the State of California. Our registered license number is #388334.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we do! We are a professional painting contractor, so we carry Workers Compensation Insurance and Liablity.

Do you have references?

Are you an EPA Lead Certified Company?

Yes, we have a training program for all of our house painters and we have been certified as an EPA Lead Certified Company. We are also dedicated to being an environmentally friendly house painting contractor, so we maintain ongoing training and green certification for our painters, as well as providing non-toxic paint selections for your home.

How do you protect my property when painting?

Our painters meticulously cover all exposed areas, plants, furniture, and other surfaces with plastic, drop clothes, masking paper and tape. Please see pictures of our prep work.

How do you prepare interiors and exteriors for paint?

We provide extensive and precise interior and exterior house painting preparation work in order to achieve superior results. We allow our customers to view the completed interior and exterior house painting prep work before a drop of paint is applied. Please see our pictures and videos of our prep work.

Can you advise us on our house painting color selection?

Yes, our painting contractors have vast experience and can give expert advice on what house painting color selections would best suit your project, while allowing our customers to make the final decision. Our customers also have the option to test sample house painting colors on their walls.

Do you require a deposit?

In most cases, we do not require a deposit. Customers pay the full amount when the painting job is completed, except under specific circumstances (by state law, a painting contractor cannot take a deposit of more than 10% of a house painting job).

How long does it take to begin work after we’ve decided to hire your company?

Our painters can begin work within a week or sooner, depending on the situation.

How soon can you finish a job once you’ve started?

Most painting jobs can be finished within one week, unless the property is very large, or there are issues with weather.

Do you provide touch up paint after painting is finished?

Yes, in most cases, our painters provides customers with the leftover paint for touch ups.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, we honor a warranty with some exceptions, depending on the specific house painting project.
